Mo Su. Chrysanthemum form. Flowers 18cm x 5cm, dark purple (187-D), lustrous; petals thick, stiff, slightly rugose, arranged regularly, suffused with black at the base; stamens normal, occasionally petaloid; pistils 9-11, nearly infertile; stalks long, straight, flowers upright. Flowering late midseason. Plant medium height, erect. Branches stout. Leaves long, medium-sized, thin, stiff; leaflets long ovate with numerous lobes, acute at the apex, with conspicuous veins, upper surface green. Growth fairly vigorous; flowers many. Bred by Team 6, Zhaolou, Heze in 1974. |
