Yu Fu Ren. Crown form. Flowers 19cm x 8cm, pinkish white (36-D); the outer petals 3- whorled, broad and large, thin, soft; the inner petals sparse, twisted; petals large and wrinkled near the centre, some stamens grow among the petals; pistils slightly petaloid, green, floral discs light magenta. Stalks slightly pliable, green, flowers lateral. Flowering early midseason. Plant medium to dwarf, partially spreading. Branches slender, slightly pliable. Leaves long, medium-sized, stiff, slightly sparse; leaflets ovate or long ovate, apex acute. Growth medium, flowers many; the buds, branches and leaves in early spring green, specially admired for leaves in early spring. Bred by Zhaolou Peony Garden, Heze in 1990. |
