Ceng Lin Jin Ran. Crown proliferate form. Flowers 16cm x 6cm, purplish red (53-B). The outer petals 3-whorled, thick, suffused with dark purple at the base, the inner petals small, twisted and rugose, pistils developed, petaloid, greenish coloured in the lower flower. Petals fairly large, a few, erect; stamens small or absent; pistils small or absent in the upper flower. Stalks long, stiff, flowers upright. Flowering midseason. Plant tall, erect. Branches fairly slender. Leaves long, medium-sized; leaflets long ovate, acuminate at the apex. Growth vigorous, flowers many. Bred by Zhaolou Peony Garden, Heze in 1967. |
