Summer Glow* (Hollingsworth 1992) M-ML. Full Double, flower form typically Lactiflora, listed hybrid because of its flower color distinction; opens peachy light yellow, passing to yellow white as the flower ages out of doors. This flower is singularly unique; there is nothing else this color with this flower form. Excellent plant habit, very erect, sturdy stems and heavy, dark green leaflets. Great hybrid vigor, but slow of increase, assures fine flowers, but takes extra time to develop a mature clump. Exhibition quality, has been several times a Court of Honor winner at national shows. (Lady Alexandra Duff x Claire de Lune). |
