Tao Hong Xian Mei . Crown proliferate form. Flowers 13cm x 6cm, pinkish red (52-D). The outer petals 2-3-whorled, slightly large, dark purple basal blotches, the inner petals wrinkled, crowded; pistils developed, petaloid, greenish coloured in the lower flower. Petals large, a few, erect; stamens completely petaloid or small; pistils completely petaloid or small in the upper flower. Stalks slender, short. Flowers lateral. Flowering early. Plant dwarf, partially spreading. Branches slender, pliable. Leaves long, small-sized, crowded; leaflets long ovate or elliptic, apex obtuse, upper surface yellowish green, the margins twisted, suffused with deep purple. Growth weak; flowering rate slightly low, flowers small. Classic variety. |
