YONG LO (Harding, 1935) - Double - Pink - Midseason. Tall. Fragrant. This flower is soft lilac rose (French chart), glowing throughout. The guard petals are deepest in tone and the color melts gradually into rose cream at the center. Guard petals have occasional tiny spot of red on the center petals as in FESTIVA MAXIMA of which it is a seedling. The petals are very large, both wide and deep of heavy substance. It is a high built flower with tall, strong growing stems and splendid foliage which resembles that of its parent, Festiva Maxima. The stems are large and stiff. It is free-blooming and increases well. Bulletin 61.

YONG-LO (1935) - Double, mid-season. Soft lilac rose becoming creamy rose at the center. Fragrant. Occasional red stripes and red spots.
