GLENNY CARLENE (Don Hollingsworth, Maryville, Missouri), June 30, 1996. Seedling #1059, hybrid anemone. Parentage Harold Wolfe anemone Lactiflora seeding x Cytherea. First bloomed 1981 or before. Light pink, streaks of colored pink and yellow with infusion of buff petalodes, buff tone (RHS 73 C-D). Large bowl, 12-14 large petals, 8" with center ball to 4-1/2". Excellent amount of bloom, reliable, seeds, fragrant, 1-4'buds per stem. Height 36'' erect, good stem strength, vigorous, medium green foliage. Honorable Mention 1992.
