CORAL SURPRISE - Originator unknown. First bloomed about 1970. Coral pink single hybrid. 26-28" height. Average amount of bloom, early, clean light green foliage. Registered, Roy Klehm, Dec. 1985. Bulletin #256.

COTTON CANDY (Roger F. Anderson, Ft. Atkinson, Wisconsin), July 2,1992. Seedling #L13884. Double lactiflora. Parentage: Martha W. x Rose Shaylor. First year bloomed 1987. This double rose type, white guards, and pink center has long lasting blooms, reliable, excellent substance, fragrant. The strong stem is self supporting of this double flower, 30-34 inches in height, excellent foliage. Season of bloom, mid to late. Bulletin #283. Sept., 1992.

CRAZY DAISY (Roy G. Klehm), Klehm Nursery, June, 1995. Seedling #KR47-38. Lactiflora with 5" flower of lime green and white base, with raspberry streaking and edging. Puffy, crazy flowers. Slight fragrance, foliage average, good stem strength. 36" height, good substance. 0-2 side buds, pollen. Bulletin #295.

CRIMSON CLASSIC (Chris Laning, Kalamazoo, Michigan), 1993. Seedling #114 - SABLE x "Super D." The plant is tall (39") with dark red flowers, single, which are fertile tetraploids. Parentage - Sable is Lyman Glascock, 1949, blackish red single - "Super D" is a big beautiful white double by Roy Pehrson. Bulletin #286.

CUTIE (Lyman D. Glasscock), May 30,1986. Registered Elizabeth Glasscock Falk. Seedling No - parentage unknown. Double hybrid, first bloomed about 1960. White, ball with stamens, good substance, reliable. One large bud with several side buds with abundant amount of bloom. Height 26". Good stem strength, small white blooms with white guard petals surrounding cream to yellow double center. Bulletin #259.

DAISY CORONET (Roy G. Klehm), Klehm Nursery, June, 1995. Seedling #KR47-32. New style daisy-like bloom, lactiflora, pink, early bloom, center looks like a bird's nest. Very thin, semi-streaked mid-pink petals, 2 1/2-3 1/2 wide blooms. Pistils dark maroon red. Foliage average, 0-2 side buds. This is a new style daisy-like flower. 22 inches in height, good stem strength. Stamens, pollen and seeds. Bulletin #295.

DARK EYES (Chris Laning, Kalamazoo, Michigan), March 20, 1996. Itoh hybrid, parentage probably Mikado x P. delavayi. No seedling number since it was included in a batch of Itoh seed from Roy Pehrson about twelve years ago. The plant is vigorous and of dark green foliage that stays green until killing frost in the Fall. Its flower is dark purple, almost black, of medium size, and has a bright yellow center of stamens. Pollen viability is unknown. It sets no seeds. It is prolific and a great increaser. Bulletin #298.

DAWN GLOW (Silvia Saunders), Clinton, New York, July, 1986. Seedling # Called Silver Dawn F3 (along with others). Parentage Third generation 'Silver Dawn' on pod parent line. First bloomed, unknown. Very early single hybrid, medium height. Ivory yellow with lavender filaments and small flares. Proven parent of wanted quality, early pastel and patterned flowers. Large flowers and leaflets. Descendant of Saunders hybrid 'Silver Dawn,' distributed first by Silvia Saunders on breeder list along with others designated 'Silver Dawn F3' this clone otherwise known as 'Phersons Silver Dawn F3' and a name is registered now to eliminate duplicate identities.
